Welcome to On Purpose: 2022 WSCADV Conference! We are so glad you’re here. After three years, we’re coming together in person in the spirit of collective healing, celebrating community, and renewed commitment to a world free from violence. WSCADV’s annual conference is a time for advocates from all over Washington to come together to learn, share, and connect. We can’t wait to see you!

As a Board member, I would contribute to WSCADV's Theory of Change as these issues align with me personally and professionally. As a Black women, I have always fought for racial equality for my children to make sure they always felt included and never mistreated based on the color of their skin. Professionally, these issues make up the basis and fabric of Our Sisters' House. OSH was created to not only serve and be a voice for women of color, but give women, in particular Black women, opportunities to work and earn a decent wage when other mainstream organizations would not. Supporting and advocating for women's rights is all I know and as a board member that would be my main goal and focus.
