Will COVID-19 vaccinations be required?
Yes, all attendees and event staff will be required to show proof of vaccination at check-in. You can also upload your proof of vaccination ahead of time using this form.
Everyone is required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Per CDC guidelines, you are considered fully vaccinated when you have received all doses in the primary series of whichever vaccine you chose (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson). If you have any questions, please let us know at conference@wscadv.org.
You are considered up to date with your covid-19 vaccines if you have completed a primary vaccine series and received the most recent booster dose recommended for you by CDC. If you are eligible for booster doses, we encourage you to get them! However, boosters are not required to attend the conference. Will you accept a negative COVID-19 test result in lieu of vaccination?
No. Vaccines are the best community defense we have against COVID-19. In an effort to keep our conference guests as safe as possible, and to do our part in encouraging vaccination, we will require proof of vaccination for everyone who attends.
Testing is not a substitute for vaccination, but it can be an important part of a multi-layered strategy for preventing COVID-19 transmission. We encourage everyone attending the conference to take a rapid test before you arrive, and again before you return to work after the conference. Can I get a certificate for my training hours?
Yes! We will provide certificates to all attendees after the conference.
How do I use Sched?
If you’re new to Sched, or you need a refresher from last year’s conference, there are plenty of great features to explore. Check out their Attendee Guides to learn more. Instead of using Sched to host virtual workshops as we did in 2020/21, we will use Sched this year as our online conference program! You can use Sched before, during, and after the conference to access up-to-date workshop descriptions, speaker bios, materials, evaluations, venue maps, and more!
I'm having trouble logging in to Sched.
You won't be able to log in until you've registered. If you've registered and are still haven't trouble, use this link to reset your password.
Have a question not answered here?
Let us know! Will this conference be hybrid or have a virtual component?
We will be recording the two morning plenaries which will become available later. However, beyond that, none of the workshops will be recorded or livestreamed. We apologize for any inconvenience but invite you to use the
training library on our website for self-study hours and the
event calendar for upcoming live trainings.
Where can I see the lineup of workshops, speakers, etc.?
Keep an eye on our conference schedule. We will continue to update this page with session details, speakers, and more!
I work for a WSCADV Member Program. What is our promo code for 1 free registration?
Email us at conference@wscadv.org and we will be happy to share your promo code with you!
Where do I enter my promo code?Eventbrite puts it's promo code field in an unusual spot: in the upper-left hand corner above the first ticket option on the registration menu, as opposed to having the promo code field near the payment details like most websites! If you're having trouble finding where to enter your promo code, see
Eventbrite's help article.Where can I find information about the venue?
This year's conference is being held at the Lynnwood Convention Center. Please visit
their website for details.
What about hotels?Please visit
